About
Stephen Edwards is a Denver based freelance scenic designer who most recently supported David Korins' Design in an associate and assistant capacity for over 4 years. Notable projects include the Broadway hits Hamilton, Misery and Annie. In addition to theatrical work, Stephen was the associate designer and project manager for the Webby Awards for the last five years and for TV Specials such as Tracy Morgans's Bona Fide and Nick Swardson's Taste It. He is a highly adaptable and dependable team member who enjoys seeing a project through from concept to reality.
He is currently persuing his MArch at the University of Colorado Denver. Expected graduation May 2020.
Stephen holds a BFA in Scenic Design from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts and originally hails from the Mile High City - Denver, Colorado. When Stephen isn't working diligently on the next project, he enjoys being outdoors, hiking, biking and listening to music.
